Long-term review: 2,000 hours on a 2021 1025R
Five seasons, one loader, and a lot of chores later — what held up, what didn't, and what we'd change.

Most reviews end at the demo. This one starts there and keeps going for 2,000 hours. After five seasons on a 2021 1025R doing loader work, mowing, snow, and general property chores, here's the honest long-term report.
The good news dominates. The drivetrain has been bulletproof, the loader still cycles like new, and routine maintenance has been exactly that — routine. The machine starts in the cold, holds its hydraulics, and shows no drivetrain slop after heavy use.
The gripes are minor but real. The factory seat gave up earlier than we'd like, a couple of fasteners worked loose over the years, and the fuel tank capacity means more trips to the can than we'd prefer on big days. Would we buy it again? Without much hesitation — it earned its keep and then some.

Mine's at 1,400 hours and reads the same. These little ones just keep going.

The seat comment is real. Aftermarket suspension seat was my first upgrade.
